Is anyone investing in Canadian MICs (mortgage investment corporations)?
Returns on investments are 8 – 12% and they are backed mostly by residential real estate in BC and Alberta. Why aren’t people flooding to this investment?
I’ve never heard of them, thanks for piquing my interst.
I know Conroy’s are low right now, good time to buy. PWE, HTE, and AAV pay hefty dividends. But watch out, in 2011, gov. gonna change taxes on these.
