Has anyone developed a real estate investment company?

I am trying to decide if I want to invest in real estate with other people or if I should just do it by myself. I think if I invest with other people I’ll be able to invest into more properties and because of the lower risk.

As one who has worked for a real estate investment company with partners, I say go it alone, otherwise if you personally are not managing the property, you may be asked to contribute more money if the company is having financial problems.
