When Obama raise the capital gains?
I'm for capital gains has increased taxes, but I think it can not proceed retroactive increases and the sooner they will be become effective for tax year 2010 … is not it?
If Congress passes a change and Obama in 2009 he signed, he could be effective for the year 2009 for taxes filed in 2010.
