Does anyone know where I can get a free credit report w / o effervescence to put a credit card in. I did not?
My husband and I go to a bankruptcy lawer on wen. And I do not know what all the debts I have. I was told there was a place online where I could get a free credit report w / o effervescence to use a credit card. I do not have one. Or does anyone know a way I can leave fileing bankruptcy. Behin I'm on my house payment ($ 650.00) and a car payment ($ 299.00) My husband had them b / 4 we got married and it has only two more years to pay on the car and it will be paid, I hate to see him lose everything he worked for. I am one of those looking to a job in Ohio I laid off and went everywhere and no luck yet. can someone please help ?????
You can call the three major credit reporting companies and obtain a credit report at least once a year. The telephone number for all three is 1 (800) 322-8228. You have to pay for the "score", but the actual report shows balances, payment history etc. If you do not have card to use to get the "score" you can go to a store and buy a "Visa" card with a certain amount on it. This is what I do when I want to pay for something online. I never give my number to normal credit card. I used to be a programmer and how easy it is to have someone hack into a system and steal information. The normal rate for a "score" is $ 7.00 each. You are not so far from the debt again, it is best to call where you have your loans. Sometimes they are willing to make special arrangements to repay your debt. For example pay the arrears of your home over a period of 12 months period. Good luck, I hope it helps.
