What are good books / sites to learn about real estate investing?

I think it would be interesting to see the demographics of people who are in real estate investment. I have always had an interest in real estate but I never really took the opporunity to deepen. My main interest is to become an investor, but I think it would be to my benefit optain in a real estate license. What are the really good sites / books that offer information on real estate investing? I they are good tools to use when you are in search criteria for that marketplace? As … the crime rate, schools, employment trends, demographics, etc? I use data from the city much, but I need more resources. Median price of homes on the market I am looking to invest 150k 170k to go. What is a good start to 500k 700k? What's wrong with you people? Do I need a sign that says "sucker"? I do not plan to buy on credit … just liquid assets …

no, it's just the opposite. I left real estate to become an investor, because if you are an agent, you must prove you are an agent every time you buy goods and then you are scrutinized for make sure you do anything illegal by the Real Estate Division in your state Wher eYou hold your license. But a course in real estate (Actually two, the seller pre-and post course) picked up at your junior college would be beneficial for you, and in the meantime, you can search your library the books you what's the point of investing before you go to buy your own on Amazon.com.
