Good books or resources on the property?
I try to learn more about investing in real estate. I am very new to this, but I know there is great potential in this "buyers' market. Since I do not have much capital, I am interested to start with possibly large. I know it's very risky if I do not know what I'm doing so I Read some good books or other resources that do not involve too much money that anyone can recommend. Thank you in advance!
Hello young investor, there are tons of guru out there that can teach you what you are trying to learn, however, some of them are very expensive. Investing in real estate is not for everyone, it will take a lot of education and the time to learn what works best for you. I'd say you are looking for a local "seasoned" investors and offers his apprentice for some time. This will allow you to learn what he knows and give you the opportunity to get their feet wet. that way you can see if what you really want to do without spending tons of money to learn. Or you could spend $ 275 and become a RE agent's cheap and you do not even know anything or … lol. Sorry, but as an agent liscenced I know too many people fail to form.
